Children and Parenting Service

Working from the Gundagai Neighbourhood Centre to enhance the role of established Children’s Services and support families in Gundagai This is a funded position through the “Stronger Families and Communities Strategy”.

These initiatives are;

• Collaboration with services and agencies
• Supported playgroups
• Parenting skill program
• Transition to school

CAPs also co-ordinates the annual Children’s Week Event “ Fun in the Park” which involves all schools, children’s services and groups and emergency services
